Henry Latourette Miller

Henry is a city planner and writer with a Master’s in Urban and Regional Planning from Portland State University. He spent nearly three years winning grants and innovating game-changing programs at the Portland metro’s largest street user advocate, The Street Trust. In his last role at the City of Tigard, he worked on improving streetscapes, exploring e-mobility solutions, and connecting communities as their transportation planner.

In his spare time, Henry freelances articles on travel, history, technology, planning, and the city life. His writing has been featured in The Oregonian, Street Roots, The Corvallis Advocate, PDX Monthly, Willamette Week, Portland Tribune, BikePortland, and more. He also produced a history podcast called Small Town America and provided research for the documentary Cheers! Portland, The Strip Club Capital of America.
